Documentary record

FAO announced on June 12, 2013 that 38 countries had reached international anti-hunger targets; Brazil is among the twenty countries that, according to the release, reached only the MDG 1 target (halving the proportion of people who are hungry), measured between 1990-92 and 2010-2012.[1]

According to FAO, the countries would be honored at a high-level ceremony at FAO headquarters on June 16, during the meeting of the FAO Conference, the organization's highest governing body.[2]
